Procurement of developer partner for 1,000 acre brownfield site situated in West Cumbria. Advice centred on applicability of European Procurement Directive and the implementation of an appropriate procurement strategy.
Daresbury Science & Innovation Campus, Daresbury Framework
Lead property advice into Daresbury Framework, a comprehensive plan for redevelopment of the Daresbury Laboratory and associated land including Daresbury Park and land for 1,500+ residential units. Key aspect was advice relating to the delivery of a JV partnership for the development

Due diligence in respect of the acquisition of a visitors centres and a stretch of Hadrian’s Wall. Feasibility study in relation to Baguley Hall in south Manchester - a Grade I listed Scheduled Ancient Monument.

Strategic and marketing advice in relation to their surplus land holdings (25 acres) at Port Sunlight, Wirral.

Team leader in respect of feasibility/masterplanning exercise in relation to 9 acres of surplus riverside land situated adjacent to the existing Town Centre.
